Changes in interstitial fluid flow, mass transport and the bone cell response in microgravity and normogravity
文献摘要:
INTRODUCTION The negative effects of spaceflight on human health are known to involve multiple biological stressors, including microgravity, radiation, loss of the light-dark cycle and confinement. Among these, microgravity exposure (between 10?3-10-5 g) has been reported to have the strongest impact on human physiology and psychology.1 While the history of human space flight has focused primarily on the development of research facilities located in Lower Earth Orbits, such as Skylab, Salyut, Mir, and most recently the International Space Station (ISS), there has been a recent shift toward pursuing territories farther afield, aiming at near-Earth asteroids, the Moon, and Mars.
